Friday Accountability 1PM, EST

Service Description

In this small accountability group you will be connected with 4-6 other TSL members on a mission for 8 weeks. You will be working with a trained TSL Accountability Coach who Kendra has worked with on their own transformation. Kendra's leaders have been with TSL for over a year, lead by example, and understands the purpose of this group. They also share the same passion as Kendra; to help women be healthy, strong, shift the mindset and live their best life. You may use the Daily Drop in TSL to connect with each other and the entire TSL team which can serve as your support beyond this group. Kendra will still be your coach through the app and support you with all things nutrition and fitness, as well as attend 1 of these sessions to meet everyone.
