Based in the city of Portland, Maine, I've been dedicated to running my online nutrition coaching business for the past five years. Continuously striving to deepen my expertise and provide top-notch coaching to my clients, I've embarked on a journey as a graduate student in Exercise Science at the University of South Florida.

My journey began in my early 20s when I became certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach through the esteemed National Academy of Sports Medicine. Emphasizing a blend of balanced nutrition with adaptable functional strength training, I found immense fulfillment in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. However, my path took a detour for nearly 15 years as I pursued a corporate career for stability while I raised my son, Jack. 

The allure of the fitness industry never truly faded, and I eventually found my way back. Now, I specialize in assisting clients with a diverse array of objectives, including:

  • Prioritizing physical strength and overall health

  • Educating on the significance and functions of each macronutrient

  • Providing guidance on navigating menopause

  • Offering strategies for graceful aging

  • Tailoring nutrition plans for specific sports requirements

  • Cultivating a fit lifestyle coupled with a resilient mindset

  • Implementing strategies for body composition improvement and maintenance

In an era inundated with information, particularly on social media, I take pride in simplifying the process for my clients. By piecing together the essentials and honing in on what truly matters to them, I strive to empower individuals to achieve sustainable success.

NUTRITION: Learning to change behavior around food means hitting the pause button and taking the time to understand what your body needs vs. what you want.

It means addressing your triggers, building new habits, and being patient.
